Graphic Designer

1. Design Digital collaterals

• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for social media posts, web pages, newsletters, brochures, logos, advertisements, and other communication materials with software such as Photoshop.
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team for a wide range of designs.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

1. Develop new layouts

• Illustrate concept by designing rough layouts and then finalize of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

3. Design printing collaterals

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print

Functional Skills

• Strong graphic design and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Excellent eye for detail.
• MS Office
• Domain Knowledge (Should know): Graphic designing
• Domain Skills (Certifications etc.): NA
• Domain Expertise (Should be able to Train people in): NA.
