Job Description
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media creatives, youtube thumbnails, performance ads and a lot more.
- Work on branding projects for sub-brands, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design and deliver creatives that align with our brand identity.
- Support the creation of motion graphics for videos, explainer videos, product flows, and campaigns (if applicable).
- Develop layouts and visual assets for presentations, pitch decks, and employer branding materials.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and apply them to enhance the brand s visual identity.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design , preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in branding, social media, digital marketing, and product design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail, with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills
- You know your way around video editing and animations like a pro.
- Experience in fintech or startups where things move fast and you move faster.
