Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Initiation:
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Coordinate with stakeholders to discuss timelines, milestones, resource allocation,
and budgets.
o Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities during the planning phase.
2. Project Execution and Coordination:
o Lead and coordinate project activities across teams, ensuring alignment with project
goals.
o Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and
deadlines.
o Conduct regular project meetings, track updates, and document progress.
3. Stakeholder Communication and Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
o Provide regular project updates, status reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly.
4. Risk Management:
o Proactively identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
o Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact and ensure smooth
execution.

5. Budget and Resource Management:
o Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
o Monitor cost variances and implement corrective actions as required.
6. Project Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports,
and lessons learned.
o Prepare project closure reports and hand over completed projects to the respective
teams.
7. Team Leadership:
o Provide guidance, support, and leadership to project team members.
o Foster collaboration, motivation, and productivity within the team.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in business management, Engineering, IT, or related field. A
Masters degree is a plus.
Experience:
o Project Coordinator: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
o Project Manager: 3-5+ years of experience managing projects in IT Network or
Security.

Certifications (Preferred):
o PMP (Project Management Professional)
o PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent certifications.
Develop Verilog code for system blocks
Optimize size/timing of FPGA design
Perform place & route, timing optimization for Xilinx/Altera
Improve test environment
Hardware debugging using industry-standard equipment
Work with serial protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.)
Understand high-speed memory interfaces, develop glue logic
Independently handle RTL design, simulation, verification
Participate in RTL design, verification, FPGA partitioning, testing
Emulation ownership for block/subsystem
Collaborate with firmware, software, and verification team
