Roles and Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers in rural areas to drive business growth.
  
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling various financial products.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase rural finance penetration through microfinance products like JLGs (Joint Liability Groups) and MFI (Microfinance Institution).
  
• Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service

• 0-3 years of experience in banking or microfinance industry.
