Roles and Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in NBFC or microfinance industry.
  
• Strong understanding of MFI (Microfinance Institution) regulations and guidelines.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement during field work.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
