Reporting and relationships: The position reports to the Project Manager of the Grameen Foundation for Social Impact. The district
Supervisor cum trainer will directly supervise staff, local implementing partners, and contractors related to the project

Essential Job Functions
†Implementation of project strengthening strategy
†Daily Planning, Organization, and Supervision Monitoring of Block co-ordinators • Organising training for BCs and GMs at the village or block level.
• Increase overall performance of the district/blocks handled by daily monitoring/calling & meeting with the BCs.
• Coordination with all Local partners/Govt. & Nodal bodies/Distributor/Retailer or NGOs for overall business development & productivity
• Deal with day-to-day operational issues of the community
• Organising awareness camps of DFS in rural areas and promoting Digital transactions. • Promoting sales of FMCD, FMCG, and agricultural goods in the rural market.
• Responsible for all projects/interventions implemented by GFSI in the District
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Deep commitment to the eradication of poverty and alignment with GFSI’s mission • In-depth technical knowledge of the financial inclusion sector.
• Experience in working with village-level entrepreneurs.
• Marketing and sales skills
• Ability to act as a representative of the project in public forums
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the same industry
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture , Marketing , Social Work and allied fields.
