Sales Support:Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients through various channels

Coordinate with sales representatives to manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities

Marketing Campaigns and Collateral:Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation, and events

Assist in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials to support business development efforts

Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth

Gather data, analyze market insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and organized records

Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention

Reporting and Analytics:Prepare reports and analytics on sales and marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Monitor metrics, track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
