Senior .NET Developer/Development Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Team Leadership

1- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. 2- Coordinate and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

3- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to ensure smooth project progress and address any blockers.

4- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

5- Facilitate team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Technical Expertise

1- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.

2- Develop front-end applications using Angular and React.

3- Utilize SQL Server and Oracle for database development and management.

4- Implement server-side logic using Node.js.

• Development Process

1- Follow best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies. 2

- Utilize Git for version control and collaborate effectively using Git workflows.

3- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps.

4- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.

• Collaboration and Communication

1- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.

2- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

• NET Technologies o Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core. o Proficiency in Asp.Net MVC, o Proficiency in WPF, o Proficiency in Server-side programming, o Proficiency in jQuery, o Proficiency in MS Azure, o Proficiency in Query Ui, o Proficiency in WCF. • Front-End Development o Strong experience with Angular and React. o Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. o Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. o Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, Yarn). o Ability to create reusable and modular components. o Understanding of front-end testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest). o Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx). o Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services. o Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. • Database Management o In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases. o Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures. o Perform database performance tuning and optimization. o Implement and manage database backup, recovery, and security strategies. o Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple environments. o Experience with database migration and version control. • Backend Development o Proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). o Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. o Experience with microservices architecture and implementation. o Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT, SAML). o Proficiency in creating and managing serverless functions. o Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. o Experience with message brokers and queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). o Understanding of performance optimization techniques and best practices. o Knowledge of backend testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Mocha, Chai, NUnit). o Experience with Python (Extra). o Experience with Node.js for server-side development. • Version Control o Proficient in using Git for version control. • CI/CD and Project Management o Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management. • Leadership and Team Management o Excellent leadership and team management skills. o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects. o Good documentation and presentation skills Preferred Certifications - Masters degree in computer science or a related field. - Certification in .NET, Angular, React, Database or Azure DevOps. - Experience with multiple cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
