Retoucher - Marketing, Novel Jewels Aditya Birla Group

We are seeking a skilled Retoucher Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing images and videos to be used in various marketing channels such as catalogues, hoardings, social media, and print media. The candidate should possess strong retouching skills, attention to detail, and a creative eye for delivering high-quality visuals that align with our brand's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retouch and enhance images and videos for use in catalogues, hoardings, social media, and print media.
• Edit photos to adjust color, lighting, composition, and remove imperfections to meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure visuals are consistent across all channels.
• Create image manipulations, composites, and other graphic elements to produce visually compelling content.
• Ensure images and videos are optimized for different formats and platforms, including web and print.
• Maintain the integrity of the original design concepts while refining details to achieve the highest quality output.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of color correction, skin retouching, and image compositing.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in jewellery, fashion or product-based industries is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

This is a 5 day work from office schedule. This role is Individual contributor role.
