Experience or NABH process and implementation will be given extra preferences. Job Description : 1. To Ensure orientation and induction of all new nursing paramedical personnel. 2. To Prepare the training calender and training programs throughout the year. 3. To Ensure effective implementation of nursing care and improvement of care. 4. To Ensure adherence of all external compliances procedures, protocols, SOP s required for proper functioning as per latest protocol and practices followed by hospital sector. 5. Adhering near nil non compliance to be observed during nursing and quality audit. 6. Credentialing and privileging process to be done in proper time frame. 7. 100% incident management with RCA CAPA, neccessary training on incidents to prevent further error. 8. Conducting Nursing Paramedical Speciality programs and manual developments. 9. Ensure BLS for all staff 100%. 10. NALS, PALS for 100% pediatric staff. 11. ACLS for 100% Critical Care unit staff. 12. To initiate enrollment of team members to undergo appropriate skill development measure to enhance their productivity, patient satisfaction and quality of job output. 13. Training of all new joined staff through Mandatory Nursing Paramedical Induction Plan sessions and CNE training for all nursing and paramedical staffs. 14. Up skilling the nurses and paramedical staffs as per clinical requirement, trying to upgrading or upskilling their competency to the next level and induct competency training and evaluation as per requirement. 15. To Monitor and ensure 100%(more or less) adherence and attendance to training calender. 16. To meet admitted patients and disharge patients randomly and share the observation with concerned nursing in charge and management from time to time for making further plan of action for continuous up gradation of patient service. 17.
