We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who has a well-developed network in the Dairy ecosystem. He will be responsible for engaging and pitching the NITARA Value proposition with different segments leading to revenue generation.
Responsibilities Business development /Sales Pitch to dairy stakeholders about products and services. Build market and branding strategies for Nitara.
Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans
on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare
reports for senior management. Coordinate with existing and new customers to craft implementation of Nitara.
Develop, deploy and monitor on-ground teams in clusters to initiate work with farmers and service providers.
Develop strategies for mapping all information of all animal husbandry resources in a cluster.
Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met. Participate with the technology team to create an organized feedback channel.
Basic Requirements
8+ years proven experience in Revenue generation, Business development, partnerships and collaborations. (Prior Experience in Dairy Digital sector will be preferred) .
Demonstrate experience in formal project planning, management and delivery including needs assessment, priority setting and action planning.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Highly detailed oriented with a commitment to high-quality assurance of data
Evidence of a range of essential communication skills e.g. presentations, public meetings, group facilitation and group-based training.
Evidence of regular and in-depth continued use of computers to use the Internet and email systems in addition to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and social media platforms.
Ability to build, lead and motivate large teams. The ability to work on their initiative and to work unsupervised to achieve the of a work plan. Preferred Requirements Degree in any Dairy/Agri/Rural Management Field
