At The Indus Valley, we believe in the power of graphic design and video editing to convey our brand's message effectively. As Graphic Designing and Video Editor, you will lead our efforts to promote our brand across various channels and multiple media formats, overseeing a team to achieve our brand's objectives.

A day in your life:

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver digital marketing and offline sales channel materials, blending creativity with problem-solving skills.
• Develop a wide range of designs, from web pages to presentations, internal communications, newsletters, logos, product packaging, and marketing materials, racks, standees etc
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects aligned with business requirements, guiding your team to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Uphold superior quality in creative deliverables that reflect our brand values and guidelines.
• Stay informed about trends in products, arts, entertainment, marketing, and advertising to keep our brand relevant and innovative.
• Present design concepts and solutions to various stakeholders, incorporating feedback to enhance outcomes.
• Possess a strong understanding of branding and marketing, adapting styles and layouts as needed to meet diverse requirements.

What it takes:

• Demonstrated creativity through a robust portfolio as a graphic designer, preferably in consumer goods.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions effectively.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe, Corel Draw, Illustrator, etc., to enhance design capabilities.
• Strong collaborative skills, fostering effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring aesthetic excellence in all design outputs.
• Proficiency in video editing is essential for this role, as it's a mandatory skill to bring our brand to life across various digital platforms.
