Relationship Manager- Transaction Advisory Services

The Transaction Advisory Services Manager will perform financial analysis of the projects, collaborate on deal structures, manage projects, and maintain client relationships. The role requires effective communication of financial information and ensuring high standards in all deliverables.

Job Summary: In this role, you will perform comprehensive financial analysis, collaborate with the team to evaluate deal. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, act as a key point of contact for clients, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall value provided. You will ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for debt syndication, fund raising, and corporate finance.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products and meeting client expectations.
  
• Develop strong communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders throughout the deal process.

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
  
• Provide support to senior team members on transactions.

• Provide support in preparing reports, and other materials for client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas.
• Basic understanding of financial statements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within strict timelines.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
