Front End Developer

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert a
  requirement document to a design to be implemented by the team
• Lead the development of user-friendly web applications using NextJS and related
  technologies.
• UI web development expertise using NextJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript,
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code that meets project
  requirements and standards
• Consuming and integrating UI with REST/JSON based web services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensuring that best practices are followed
• Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions.
• Following the SDLC to deliver contents in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Agile to deliver incrementally and tools like Jira for project & task management.
• Mentor and train junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical
  information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Page Optimization techniques for web pages and Cross Browser compatibility issues in web.
• Specifying, designing, and/or implementing system health, performance monitoring tools,
  and software management tools for 24x7 environments
• Stay up to date with emerging web development trends and technologies and continually
  improve the development process and methodology.

Preferred candidate profile

• HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ES6, ReactJS
• Responsive Web development using Media Queries.
• Experience running and maintaining a 24x7 Internet-scale production environment
• Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills with knowledge of design patterns (domain driven design, SOLID and GoF (Gangs of Four) Patterns and Principles), data structures, algorithms etc
