Golden Hills Capital - Associate - Investment Management (3-5 yrs)

Company: Jupiter Alternative Investment Fund, a SEBI registered Category 3 Alternative Investment fund, invests into Indian equities and index-based derivatives (futures & options) using a quantitative selection process. Jupiter AIF has been operational for over 5 years and is based out of Hyderabad, India.

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate with 3 years of experience in investment management or related fields to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in managing investment portfolios, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and support strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex financial models and make ongoing investment recommendations.

- Conduct in-depth investment research on active portfolios and assess the long-term profit-loss trajectory.

- Reduce financial risk based on current and forecasted market trends and financial data.

- Prepare detailed reports that help senior management make key investment decisions.

- Build financial models

- Keep all client portfolios and financial data up to date.

- Stay current on the latest financial trends and regulations.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, financial modeling and portfolio management principles.

- Excellent qualitative and quantitative research and problem-solving skills.

- Self-starter with great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Team player who can also work independently.

- Ability to work well under pressure. Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CFA Level 1 or higher preferred) or MBA from a reputed institute. Over 3+ years of experience in relevant field.
