LN Technical :

• Having adequate knowledge of customisation in Infor LN, DAL level customisation, Custom BOD/BDE, AFS, Integration with third party software.
• Full life cycle implementation will be an added advantage.
• Develop ln customizations & enhancements per customer specifications- Handle support tickets, resolve within the SLAs agreed with customer
• Understand business requirements, translate to technical design, help realize the code
• Design & develop reports
• Communicate technical issues, key insights and findings to the team- Conduct trainings/KT sessions for customers
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to add better value to the customer
• INFOR LN certification and/or experience in INFOR LN 10.4 and above or least experience into INFOR LN 10.1/ FP 9Extensibility, report designer
