Manage the network planning aspects of key supply chain projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Projects may include new product development, product changes, packaging updates, manufacturing adjustments, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, and Packaging Development, to ensure seamless project execution.
Establish and conduct regular reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively escalate potential risks or delays to leadership.
Ensure timely organization of steering committee meetings for project reviews, and regularly update the leadership team on project status and potential risks.
Follow up on actionable items across stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities on the critical path and the successful delivery of projects.
Drive the implementation and stabilization of a Network Management Framework for the organization.
Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure effective resource allocation for multiple large-scale projects.
Serve as the central point of communication for network-related queries and updates across departments.
Utilize company-provided IT tools (e.g., project management software, workflows) to navigate projects from start to finish.
At the conclusion of each project, report key learnings to all stakeholders from a project management perspective and recommend process improvements where applicable.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in Science (Engineering/B.Sc.).
MBA or postgraduate degree preferred, with a specialization in Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, or Program Management being advantageous.
Experience : 3-5 Years of relevant experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, or Program Management; FMCG experience is a definite plus.
