Job Description
- Strong coordination and communication skills and to work as IC (60% of role)
- Handling all L2/L3 day-to-day queries with customer (40% of role)
- Execute technical configurations for O365 components (Power BI, Power Queries, VBA, Power Platform)
- Building the functionalities to consolidate the data from the Excel files and produce an output file for downstream consumption using a combination of Power Queries, and VBA.
- Building the functionalities (formulas, Power Query, VBA/Excel script, Power Automate) to link other Excel files to provide as inputs to the Excel file
- Good in understanding business requirements and design to build the changes needed in Excel VBA and O365 apps
- Excellent communication skills with ability to directly interact with business stakeholders
- Ability to manage a small team and handle conflicting priorities
- Escalation management
