Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on donation, lead generation, or customer engagement, following the provided script and guidelines.

• Present details in informative manner.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

• Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions.
