Quality Analyst Lead

Job Description

You should have excellent QA and strong communication skills. You should have a passion to learn and upgrade your skills more frequently. The test engineer's responsibilities include testing tasks and focusing on the software's testability, robustness, and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding the flow of the code and how it interacts with different components.
• Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute the test cases.
• Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as desktop, web, and mobile, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
• Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing test reports.
• Working with deployment teams, resolving system-level issues, coordinating on production design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product design.
• Analysing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
• Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.

Desired Candidates Profile

• Any graduation/ Post-graduation/ With Certification in the relevant industry.
• Minimum 5 year of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven, team player and motivated to learn.
• Exposure of Behavior Driven Development and experience in programming language and testing.
• Immediate joiner.
