Engineer/ Diploma Engineer- Valuation

Responsibilities:

• Asset Valuation:
• Conduct comprehensive valuation of fixed assets, including machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• Utilize various valuation methodologies, such as cost approach, market approach, and income approach.
• Analyze financial statements, technical specifications, and market data to determine asset values.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports, including justifications for valuation methodologies and assumptions.
• Due Diligence:
• Conduct due diligence reviews of assets to identify potential risks and liabilities.
• Verify asset ownership, title deeds, and other relevant documentation.
• Assess the physical condition and functional capacity of assets.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and technical data.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive valuation reports.
