Test Item Control Executive

• We have an opening for Key Account Manager/Executive who will be a single point of contact with key clients
• We are looking for a dynamic person with excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, verifying, recording and storing test items for testing in a systematic manner as per GLP and ISO requirements
• To assess the test item requirements based on device configuration and study type
• To closely liaise with the scientific and regulatory team to understand the device and assist Study Directors for preparing device for extraction
• To dispense device for various tests and keep complete records for both receipt and issue
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Study Directors, Regulatory Team and TFM

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Any science degree Biomedical Engineering background with MBA is preferable
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to build rapport with team members
• The ability to handle multiple client devices
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience required: 2-5 years
