Python Developer - Django Framework (6-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of complex Python-based applications using Django framework

- Manage projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

- Contribute independently to codebase while overseeing team contributions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including US-based colleagues

- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience working with Django and Python

- Proven track record of leading successful Python projects

- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms

- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting

- Strong independent contributor with self-motivation and discipline

- Experience in project management and team mentoring

- Comfortable with having overlaps with US team hours

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with React for front-end development

- Familiarity with GoLang

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Experience with agile methodologies
