Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to further pursue.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and services.
Proposal Development:
Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
Collaborate with the sales team to customize proposals according to client requirements.
Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team in the negotiation and closure of deals.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status for management review.
Qualifications:
Diploma, B. Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology), BCA, or MCA degree.
Strong interest in business development, sales, and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
