UI/UX Designer - Wireframing/Prototyping Tools (3-4 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting user-centric designs, creating intuitive interfaces, and delivering exceptional digital experiences. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

User Research :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

- Analyze feedback and data to improve designs and create user personas.

Wireframing and Prototyping :

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Test prototypes to validate design decisions and ensure usability.

Visual Design :

- Develop clean, modern, and responsive UI designs that align with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experiences.

- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Testing and Iteration :

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.

- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.

Design System Management :

- Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all products.

- Create reusable components and style guides for efficient collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience :

- 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Proven track record with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred, not mandatory).

- Understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.

- Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Marvel for collaboration.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in creating designs for mobile apps and web applications.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
