Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of React.js, front-end development principles, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and performant web applications using React.js.

- Create reusable components and libraries for scalability and maintainability.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to manage tasks and project timelines effectively.

- Optimize front-end components for speed and efficiency across multiple devices and browsers.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

- Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.

- Leverage testing tools such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Conduct peer code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

- Ensure the codebase is well-documented and follows best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in React.js, including React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle methods.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+); knowledge of TypeScript is an advantage.

- Should have minimum 3 years of experience.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Recoil.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs; exposure to GraphQL is a plus.

- Proficiency in writing unit tests and utilizing testing frameworks.
