Experience Required Mandatory prior experience of having worked as Business Development/ Sales professional, to acquire customers/ projects from following Domains:
a. Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) Reporting
b. Green Projects involving:
i. Carbon Credits generation & Offsets.
ii. Plastic Credits generation & EPR.
c. Green Project Investment Consulting.
d. Nature Based Solutions.
e. Plastic Waste Reduction or Plastic Waste Collection or ocean-cleaning projects.
f. Renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind, Hydro, Tidal).
g. Waste conversion projects (Waste to Bio-Gas or Bio-Fuel, Recycling etc).
4. Must-have Sales-Skills
a. Hunter-sales skills to scout-for and acquire new Customers.
b. Familiar with at-least two of following climate change standards:
i. Green House Gases mechanisms (CDM, VCS, GS4GG, GCC).
ii. Plastic Waste Reduction Standard.
iii. SD VISta (Sustainable Development Verified Impact Standard).
iv. CCB (Climate, Community & Biodiversity).
c. Hands-on in preparation of Business Proposals & Technical estimates.
d. Customer engagement, negotiations and deal closures.
e. Relationship management with existing customers.
f. Trading of CERs/ Plastic Credits.
5. Must-have Soft-Skills
a. Verbal & Written Expression: Fluent in spoken English & par-excellence writing skills.
b. Hands-on in MS Office since s/he would be required to independently prepare flaw-less & winning proposals/ excels/ presentations.
c. Give convincing & winning presentations/ propositions to customer teams.
