 BSS SME  Exp:10-15 years Location:Hyderabad BE/MCA • Application Awareness:NMSWorks-CygNet, UX/UI; HPE-vTeMIP, UCA, UOC; MF-NNMi, UCMDB, Service Manager; Cisco-NSO, Automation&Orchestration• Design & Implementation:BSS-PCM, CRM, Billing, Customer service portal • Integration:BSS with A&O, OSS, GIS, Web portals• Configuration Template & OEM Validation; REST, XML, Webservices• Experience in standard design tools/patterns UML, BPMN, SOA, Microservices • Have in-depth knowledge of services modeling & Automation, and good technical knowledge of specified BSS technologies • Working knowledge of Optical systems (DWDM), IP-MPLS, GPON Certifications:eTOM, ITIL (Any BSS certification Preferred) • Responsible for design and detailed architecture of BSS implementation • Understand the project scope requirements and undertake a detailed requirement gathering with the customer within RFP scope. • Carry out detailed design which includes HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design), Service Solution Document, Configuration Template & OEM Validation, Lead management, Product catalogue, Order management, Service Activation, Feasibility & Provisioning • Optimization of design & BOQ - responsible for OEM product analysis and keeping a track of new technologies, being adapted across global market.• Responsible for end-to-end BSS application installation and configuration• Ensure requisite development by OEM, as applicable, and ensure optimization, configuration of NOC (Network Operating Centre) and DR• Co-ordinate with the project team, field team for deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews and resolve technical issues in co-ordination with execution vendors. • Responsible for release of FRS, SRS, SDS, ICD-Interface documents.• Defining acceptance test criteria for unit and integration tests. • Interface with the stakeholders for gathering inputs, resolving conflicts, compatibility, escalations, etc. for timely completion of the project.
