Role & responsibilities

The key responsibilities outlined focus on overseeing and advancing a company's technological initiatives. This includes staying updated on technology trends, leading innovation, and managing both backend and frontend software development. The role involves technology architecture, cloud infrastructure (specifically AWS), and aligning technology strategies with business goals. The person will ensure efficient, secure, and profitable use of technology, evaluate new systems, and improve technical aspects to gain a competitive advantage. Additionally, they manage team recruitment, product design, development, quality assurance, and ensure compliance with international standards. Monitoring performance metrics, KPIs, IT budgets, and gathering stakeholder feedback are also key tasks.

Additionally, the individual led the software development team, writing efficient, reusable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on scalability and performance. They utilized Git for version control. A highly skilled software developer, they have a solid foundation in full-stack development and experience in building scalable applications. Proficient in JavaScript, Python, and React, they also have hands-on experience with agile methodologies and development best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Django, DynamoDB, LAMP, Python, AI, NLP, Selenium
• Proven ability to foresee product roadmaps
• Expertise in Python, AI, and NLP technologies
• Track record of success in leadership roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of technological trends to build strategies
• Understanding of budgets and business planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Excellent communication skills
