Fission Labs is looking for Senior Engineer - Automation Data QA to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
An Automation Support Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of automated systems within an organization
The primary responsibility is to provide technical support for automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance
This role requires a strong understanding of automation technologies, programming languages, and excellent problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide first-line technical support for automated systems, addressing user issues and resolving problems promptly
Collaborate with end-users to understand and troubleshoot automation-related problems
System Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance tasks on automation systems to ensure optimal performance
Update and upgrade automation software and hardware components as needed
Troubleshooting:Investigate and diagnose issues with automated processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Work closely with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including troubleshooting guides, standard operating procedures, and system configurations
Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, and IT professionals, to integrate automation solutions into existing workflows
Continuous Improvement:Propose and implement improvements to existing automation processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall system performance
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions
Training and Knowledge Sharing:Provide training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of automated systems
Share knowledge and best practices with team members to build a collective understanding of automation technologies
Monitoring and Reporting:Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance of automated systems and generate regular reports
Report on system health, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders
