Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
  
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in IT Recruitment or related field (Advertising/Mass Communication, HR/Industrial Relations).
  
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes and IT staffing principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com etc.
