Job Description
- Hands on Technology Architect, with strong experience in Salesforce platform. Should demonstrate strength in coding, solutioning and architecture both.
- Some experience in non-Salesforce technology is preferred. Ability and passion to explore new technologies is required.
- Strong communication and customer facing and presentation skills are required.
- 7+ years of experience in project implementations.
- Ability to understand the customers business and be functionally strong. Ability to understand the big picture, and the key business outcomes customers are looking for.
- Pre-sale Architecture experience is preferred.
- Engage with current customers and help define and influence their road-map.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, in terms of creating technology solutions aligned to what’s possible and feasible, and able to suggest alternative solutions for business problems.
- Is a great listener and able to really connect with customers and understand their needs and pain points.
- Demonstrates good soft skills and a high level of EQ.
- Ability and willingness to stretch themselves when needed as part of the Sales process, and able to work late nights India time when needed, to support Sales teams and customers in the US.
- Has good collaboration skills, and can work across teams very well.
