Job Overview:

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on SQL, PL/SQL, and DBMS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs on SQL, PL/SQL, and various database management systems (DBMS).

- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.

- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including database administrators, developers, and IT professionals.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in database technologies and incorporate them into training programs.

- Assess the training needs of clients and tailor training programs to meet their specific requirements.

- Provide post-training support and mentoring to ensure successful implementation and adoption of database solutions.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other trainers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and DBMS.

- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).

- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs.

- Certification in relevant database technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
