Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, both in physical and digital formats.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Address and resolve employee concerns promptly while maintaining confidentiality.
Foster a positive and productive workplace environment through engagement initiatives.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes and assist in identifying training needs.
Track employee progress and suggest improvement plans when needed.
Knowledge of HR Rules & necessary compliances.
