Senior Software Developer - Java

Key Responsibilities:

-Server Web Logic, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat

-RDBMS Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, MS SQL Server, Postgres SQL

-Payments hands on experience or knowledge will be an added advantage

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications and solutions.
• Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions using J2EE technologies.
• Work with front-end technologies such as Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, and Ajax to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Utilize frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, CXF, REST Services, and Jersey for application development.
• Develop and integrate web services, including RESTful APIs, using best practices.
• Manage and optimize databases using Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Configure, deploy, and manage applications on servers like WebLogic, JBOSS, and Apache Tomcat.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure quality deliverables.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into projects when applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in Java and J2EE development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, XML, JQuery, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services.
• Knowledge of server environments, including WebLogic, JBOSS, and Apache Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Payment domain experience or knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
