JD :

- Responsible for Procurement of all Direct and Indirect Material / Services and building strategic roadmap for Procurement Function.

- Responsible for all direct / indirect procurement of raw materials, commodities, finished products, components, CAPEX Items and services

- Identification of suppliers both with India and overseas including development of alternate supplier base

- Responsible for entire procure to pay-cycle with validation of business requirement, commercial negations (RFQ / Auctions) and timely delivery of agreed quality / specs by the suppliers including contract manufacturers

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.

- Understand market dynamics with Suppler Network in-terms consumer megatrends and new product development in the market

- Track and report key functional metrics to optimize spends and improve effectiveness with validation and re-negotiation of existing terms / contracts

- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
