Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring workflow.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

- Candidate with an MBA in HR or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the real estate sector or similar industries.

- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.

- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Aptitude in problem-solving.

- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
