Role & responsibilities
Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
Supporting the sales team.
Identifying new sales leads.
Responding to customers timely, processing inquires via phone, email etc.and contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
Making follow- up calls to confirm order.
Coordinate for Order Processing, Order Clearance, Payment Collections.
Contact vendors for Negotiation, Placing order & Coordinate with them to receiving the product.
Material follow up and delivery goods to customer.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Assisting walk-in customers find what they are looking for.
To coordinate with Finance Team for Accounts receivable.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
Keeping accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
CRM implementation & Website updating
Responsible for day to day sales enquiries from distributors
Manage and record all sales enquiries via CRM.
Customer account creation and update via CRM.
Liaise with logistics/ order desk to ensure equipment for supporting events such as distributor meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows is in place.
Assist with marketing plan provided by product managers eg website, Social media, advertising, PR distribution.
General support to sales team as required, travel cover etc.
