Design Engineer

Qualifications: BE Electrical/ Mechanical

Experience: 2years

Department: Engendering

Key Responsibility:
Design and develop detailed site plan mentioning development, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
Conduct engineering site audits to collect data for capacity estimation, drawings, BOM finalization, quantity estimation etc.
Prepare design documents viz. scope of work, complete bill of materials, specifications, bid drawings and project schedule.
Create drawings SLD, GA, Structure design, Shadow Analysis, configuration of String design.
Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives.
Perform thermal, stress, or cost reduction analyses for solar systems.
Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.
Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
Ensure adherence of design standards and internal & external requirement.
Create checklists for performance review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
Provide technical support to cross functional team and customer.
