Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

Promote a product with surgeon for sales and marketing within Salem and nearby regions.

Achieve sales target assigned.

Product demonstration to the doctors whenever support required.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff to ensure
repeat business.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise effective sales strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidates only.

• Education: Graduate (preferably in Business, Life Sciences, or any relevant field).
• Experience: 13 years of experience in sales or marketing in the medical devices/pharma industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spine products or medical instruments is an added advantage.
• Proficient in local language and English.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively within the Salem region.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
