Role & responsibilities

Hi Everyone,

We are hiring for Admission Counselor!
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor at Genixo Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as giving counselling to students, customer service, student admission and sales.

Qualifications

Any Graduate & Post-Graduate will be eligible.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in student recruiting and training.
Strong sales skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Experience in the education industry is a plus.
Understanding of admissions processes.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Must Have :

• Should be an immediate joiner.
• Must be fluent in English, Tamil and Kannada. (Mandatory)

Academic Counsellor:

Basic Requirements:

Sales pitch to handle the customers perfectly.

Contacting the New & Existing students from the CRM and guiding them with the best options of courses and colleges

End- to-end assistance for student's admission.

Updating the student's feedback with all information in the CRM.

Building a strong rapport with all students and parents.

Ensuring excellent customer service to our students and parents.

Must have strong interpersonal & Communication skills
