Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Dynamics GP Management :

Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP, ensuring its optimal functionality.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure security and efficiency.
Provide end-user support and training, helping staff to effectively utilize the system for daily operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics GP, including financial, inventory, and reporting modules.

System Integration:

Collaborate with other business applications and databases for seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Develop custom reports, workflows, and data exports to ensure alignment with business processes.
Support data migrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
Server Management:
Manage and maintain the server infrastructure supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers.
Ensure the server environment is secure, reliable, and compliant with industry standards.
Monitor server performance and optimize resources to ensure system availability and uptime.
Regularly back up server systems and ensure disaster recovery processes are in place.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security policies for both the Microsoft Dynamics GP system and the server infrastructure.
Conduct regular audits and tests to ensure the system is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
Manage user access and permissions, ensuring proper segregation of duties and data protection.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and workflows.
Generate and review reports related to system performance, usage, and issues for management.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on system performance and improvement plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics GP installation, configuration, and maintenance.
In-depth understanding of financials, distribution, inventory, and other core GP modules.
Experience in troubleshooting common Dynamics GP issues (e.g., integration, reporting, performance).

Server Management Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience managing SQL Server (especially for Dynamics GP databases).
Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and Active Directory.
Proficiency in backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
