Responsibilities:

- Manage the accounts payable process from start to finish.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

- Work with internal departments to resolve issues with vendors and suppliers.

- Prepare and analyze reports, such as aging reports and payment forecasts.

- Coordinate with auditors during year-end audits.

- Manage and train accounts payable staff.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

- Oversee purchase order allocations.

- Supervise employee expense claims.

- Process credit notes accurately.

Qualifications:

- CA by qualification.

- At least 8 years of experience in accounts payable management.

- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial management.

- Proficiency in accounting software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Other skills Attention to detail, Data entry, Basic accounting knowledge, and Proficiency in using accounting software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
