Interior Designer

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 4-8 years of professional experience.
• A Masters degree in Interior Design is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively under a Senior Interior Designer to develop and deliver comprehensive interior design packages.

• Technical Proficiency:
  
• Strong command of industry-standard software, including SketchUp Pro, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with project information exchange and documentation platforms for efficient design coordination and workflow management.

• Design & Execution Expertise:
  
• Hands-on experience in concept development, space planning, material selection, and detailing for high-end luxury interiors.
• Ability to create 3D visualizations, presentation boards, and detailed working drawings.
• Understanding of architectural finishes, joinery details, and furniture specifications.

• Project Experience:
  
• Exposure to luxury residential, high-end commercial fit-outs, and premium retail interior projects.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, site coordination, and vendor management for interior execution.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into aesthetically appealing and functional designs.

• Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
  
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic design team.
