1. the overall development, performance and maintenance of the organisations production activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at high level.
2. plan, coordinate and control the production schedules in the ppc department and enforce optimum utilization of production lines to achieve timely order delivery and minimum inventory levels.
3. plan, establish and implement the goals and objectives of production in alignment with the corporate strategy.
4. overhauling and assembly of heavy mechanical equipment such as gearboxes, material handling equipment, mining equipment (crushers), pumps, valves, and heavy-duty bearing assemblies.
5. define responsibility and authority for employees and ensure its implementation and compliance. design, review, and maintain organization structure (organogram).
