Job Description
- Location: Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh
- SMC Foods ( Madhusudan ) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Fresh Milk Products division.
- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and managing infrastructure for fresh milk products, including milk, lassi, buttermilk, paneer, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the dairy industry and experience working in the states of Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement strategies for expanding our fresh milk products business in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh
- - Design and establish new infrastructure for fresh milk products, including manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
- - Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Requirements:
- - Minimum 20+ years of experience in the dairy industry, specifically in fresh milk products
- - Proven track record of success in developing and managing infrastructure for fresh milk products
- - Strong knowledge of the dairy industry in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh
- - Excellent leadership and management skills
- Note:
- We will only consider candidates with direct experience in fresh milk products. Candidates with experience in other product categories should not apply.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, revenue, and market share for fresh milk products.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and improve customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
