Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities at API & Intermediate level, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production targets efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (QC, QA, Warehouse) for smooth material flow and inventory management.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity.
