Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills Required

To become a part of the Gems Akademia faculty, candidates should possess:

• • A Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• • A B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (for teaching positions).
• • A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in an ICSE/ISC or CAIE curriculum school.
• • Specialized certifications for sports coaches (e.g., NIS or equivalent).
• • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• • Proficiency in using technology for effective classroom instruction.
• • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• • A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
