Senior Informatica Developer

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS
Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica to extract, transform, and load data
from various data sources.
Work with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to design and manage data structures that support business needs.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient ETL solutions.
Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the ETL lifecycle.
Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to maintain a high level of performance and reliability.
Document data mappings, workflows, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging tools/technologies in ETL and data management.

QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in ETL development with a focus on Informatica.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, Couchbase, etc.).
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.

SKILLS
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration patterns.
Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with data visualization tools and reporting frameworks.

EDUCATION
Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
