Role : SAP Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation, upgrade, and support of SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing SAP projects across various modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or others. They will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met within the scope, time, and budget while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership : Oversee end-to-end SAP project management from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Planning and Scheduling : Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring resource allocation and budget adherence.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all parties.

- Risk Management : Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues that may impact the delivery timeline or budget.

- Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, business analysts, and technical staff, ensuring collaboration and problem-solving to meet project deliverables.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

- SAP Expertise : Provide guidance and insight on SAP best practices, business processes, and the latest updates and trends in SAP technology.

- Change Management : Manage the transition from project to production and oversee change management activities, ensuring seamless implementation.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, risk logs, and lessons learned.

- Budget Control : Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring the project stays within the allocated budget.

- Compliance : Ensure that projects comply with internal and external regulations, security standards, and governance requirements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, including full-cycle SAP implementations.

- SAP certification (e.g., SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA) preferred.

- Proven track record in delivering SAP projects on time and within budget.

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or others.

- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Desired Skills :

- Experience in managing cross-functional and global teams.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration or cloud deployment.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management.

- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives with SAP.
